What to expect from your
bathroom remodel

As one of our main services, we take pride in creating the best space for your bathroom. In a bathroom remodel, we pay close attention to the details. We make sure that every aspect of the bathroom, from the tiles to the lighting fixtures, is installed correctly and to the customer's specifications. We also ensure that all plumbing and electrical work is properly installed and up to code, so that the bathroom functions smoothly and efficiently. Finally, we take pride in cleaning up the worksite thoroughly at the end of each day, so that the customer's home remains as clean and organized as possible throughout the construction process.

Bathroom Remodel Timeline

Your bathroom remodel will be completed in a simple and structured way so you always know where in the process we are.

CONSULTATION

At the beginning we sit down with the client and review all of their ideas. We dream with the homeowners and then review the budget, and talk about how we can remodel within the given budget.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Our next step is to bring back renderings and plans. We go through every detail with you and make sure that we have all those must have elements included like sunken spaces for soaps, and the floating vanities. This might be the first time you’ll be able to visualize the remodeled bathroom! We continue to work with you to decide exact materials for the remodel, from tile and cabinet material, to heated floors and paint colors.

DEMOLITION

The plan is set, and it’s out with the old to make room for the new. We remove all of the unwanted material including appliances, cabinets, and walls when necessary and anything else to give our team a clean slate to work from.

CONSTRUCTION

Depending on the complexity of your kitchen remodel this step can take any where from 3 weeks - 8 weeks. But we will confirm that information with you at the beginning of the project so you will know.

CLEAN UP

This is one of the stages of a project that we will take more pride in than your typical remodeling team. Many of them start moving out quickly when the construction is done, but at CDE this is where we really take the time to make sure we remove all dust and dirt so that you’ll be ready to enjoy your new oasis of a bathroom right away.

TOUCH-UPS

Yes, we are still double checking everything and making sure your new bathroom is immaculate and exactly as we specified it would be. The paint is perfectly even, any tile grout is set properly, and all the surfaces feel exactly as they should.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

We’ve checked everything out, and this last step is to now showcase your new bathroom to you. All you need now is the rubber ducky! We’ll take photos and share big smiles with you as we review all your kitchen dreams that have been brought into reality.

Additionally, a bathroom should also be functional, with ample storage space and thoughtful organization. All of the essentials should be within easy reach, and there should be enough counter space for your toiletries and grooming tools. Our well-designed bathrooms we build in as much natural light as possible. If that's not possible, good artificial lighting that mimics the effects of natural light can be used. Finally, thoughtful touches like a heated floor, a rainfall showerhead, or a luxurious soak in the tub can take your bathroom from functional to a true oasis. We can make that happen for you.

We hired Alfonso to remodel our kitchen. He and his team were very professional, courteous and highly skilled. Alfonso did his best to give me my dream kitchen while keeping costs down. He made sure that we were completely satisfied and happy with the final project. We hired him again to paint the interior of our home and to add some additional lighting.  The painters kept everything clean, finished quickly and did a beautiful job.  This year we hired Alfonso to paint the exterior of our home. Again, the team did a great job. We did a major bathroom remodel upstairs and downstairs.  We had multiple quotes, but felt most comfortable with CDE construction. He was responsive and answered all questions. We are very happy with the finished project. They worked hard to make sure we were happy and made small modifications when we asked.

Alfonso helped us remodel two bathrooms. He provided invaluable design help to maximize our space and took any changes we added in strides. His crew came in on time and clean up the area after they are done. He was honest, fair, and easy to work with.
